What do I have to offer as your Realtor?

1. As your full time Realtor  I specialize, but am not limited too, residential homes sales and purchases. The areas I like to focus are Middle and Upper Bucks and Montgomery counties, and the very Lower parts of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, although, I am not limited to these areas.

2. My familiarity of these areas are benificial to you in helping you find the right location to live if you are not familiar with these area. I have lived here my entire life so I am familiar with the Bucks County and Montgomery County too.  If I can not help you where you want to be, I will find a good agent who can!

3. My E-Pro expertise allows me to market your property so it is ALL OVER the internet.  It also aids me in finding YOUR next home. I use the latest technology so I can serve you the best and the quickest.  My learning based attitude helps me stay current with the latest technology, unlike some agents who insist on living in the past.  I want to stay on the forefront of what the public uses and how I can best serve my clients and YOU!

These tried and true specialists will help with any need you might have preparing your home for the market or meeting your needs after you purchase your home.
Not all agents have these great teams and often when you call their office you will not get a LIVE person, but a voice mail and an agent who returns calls, but not too quickly.

Best of all for your benefit, I have Keller Williams Real Estate as my broker and that is a great asset to YOU!  As Realtors  with Keller Williams, we have complete control over how and where and how I market YOUR home.  I chose the newspapers, magazines, signs, 1-800 messages, and visual tours, and open houses and I can put your home on every major home search website I can. I answer my own emails and am responsible for my webpage and I also have to find my own clients, (they are not given to me).  This is my business and I am dedicated to making it the best Real Estate transaction you can have. Other companies are dictated to from corporate office and do not have control like this.
